Town Administrator Matt Frederick said revisions to the Facility Use Policy and the fee schedule will be reviewed in the coming months; in the interim the board will consider requests involving licensed caterers on a case‑by‑case basis. The board approved the facility use agreement for the Jaacks‑Martin reception with set‑up on August 7, rental fee waived, and a note that BB&P will apply for the DLL permit at a future Selectboard meeting.
