At its Jan. 12 meeting, the West Windsor Selectboard took several formal actions recorded in the minutes: it approved the Dec. 22, 2025 and Jan. 5, 2026 minutes; established a new Housing Commission and approved five initial members; appointed Courtney McKaig as the Development Review Board alternate for a one-year term; authorized up to $1,500 to hire Button Underground Locating for a suspected water leak investigation; approved total FY27 town expenditures of $2,000,920; and approved the 2026 Town Meeting Warning to be mailed to registered voters.
All recorded motions in the minutes passed with the notation that "all were in favor."
