Heidi outlined long-term facility maintenance planning and said the district is slating a roughly $400,000 gym-floor replacement (projected for fiscal year 2028) and ongoing annual bathroom and deferred-maintenance work. Board members agreed to schedule walkthroughs and site visits and were invited to coordinate with facilities staff in August.
