In the same session commissioners approved the treasurer's report, authorized line-item transfers and budget amendments, and moved to pay county bills as presented. Commissioner Lonnie Vivian moved to approve the treasurer's report and later moved to amend the budget and approve line-item transfers; Commissioner Roy Spalding seconded both motions and all commissioners voted aye.
