Laura described the square footage in the application packet: "The 5,600 is the combined square footage of Unit A and B, and then 5,200 for the 2nd level. So about 1,100 or so square feet," and noted the vicinity map in the packet mistakenly showed the wrong unit outline.
There were no public comments during the hearing; a commissioner moved to approve the plat amendment subject to staff findings and conditions, a second was recorded, and the commission voted unanimously to approve the amendment.
