The board also approved combining the 7–12 FB/BB/Competitive Cheerleading positions into one Cheerleading Coach position for the 2024–25 school year at a combined salary of $4,500 for 26 weeks (motion 09‑18‑24‑11, vote 5–0).
The board approved consultant contracts under Project AWARE for Charlie Brave Heart (one day) and Scotti Clifford (16 days) and voted to accept the resignation of Mariah Provencial, Project AWARE Cultural Mentor, effective Sept. 13, 2024; the resignation motion recorded a 4–1 vote and directed following policy on required deductions and repayment of a retention bonus.
