At the Jan. 21 meeting the Dakota Dunes CID Board appointed Katelyn Irby as the Authorized Agent for the South Dakota Retirement System. The motion to appoint Irby was made by Ms. Shanafelt, seconded by Mr. Wetz, and carried 4-0.
The board also appointed Irby as Board Secretary and approved bank-account changes to reflect Irby as Finance Officer. All three administrative motions were recorded as passing unanimously. The minutes list Irby as an employee present at the meeting prior to her formal appointment.
