The Kinsley-Offerle U.S.D. #347 Board of Education on July 15, 2026 approved several personnel hires for the 2026–2027 school year. The board hired Mataya Clark as KJSHS Art/Graphic Arts Teacher; Kathy Carey and Addyson Schmidt as KOES paraprofessionals (Schmidt’s hiring is contingent on passing the para test); Robin Lewis as a bus driver; and Skylar Rice for a summer IT internship. The motion to hire was made by Robby Parry and seconded by Taylor Hobbs and recorded as passing 6-0.
The actions were taken in open session following executive sessions where personnel matters were discussed. The board recorded the conditional hire (Addyson Schmidt) pending certification/testing and noted routine follow-up steps to finalize employment paperwork and onboarding.
