Board members asked whether she was related to someone named Connolly; she replied she is not. Members thanked her for stepping forward and the chair reiterated the procedural steps: her name will be placed into nomination under agenda item J3 later in the meeting and the manager's office will contact successful candidates with paperwork after the roll-call vote.
