Committee approves minutes, introduces three RS filings and adjourns in 10-minute session

The panel then heard three RS filings: RS 33000 (congressional term limits), RS 32831 (juvenile corrections records) and RS 32908 (internet enticement of children). Representative Pohanka moved to introduce RS 33000 and a roll-call requested by Representative Scott produced a recorded tally of 11 AYE, 4 NAY, 1 Absent/Excused. The other two filings were introduced by voice vote.
Chairman Skaug briefly handed the gavel to Vice Chairman Alfieri during the meeting and resumed the chair before adjournment. There were no public comments or additional testimony recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 1:41 p.m.
