The Lunenburg County Electoral Board convened at 10:00 AM on July 26; Chairman Donna Dagner presided and confirmed the General Registrar and Deputy Registrar were present. The Board reviewed and signed the minutes of the previous meeting and approved a motion to appoint three Officers of Election for the upcoming Aug. 4 primary.
The appointees named by the Board were Kameron Lee, Terra Edmonds Lee and Karen Poulter; the transcript records "There was a motion and a second to appoint Kameron Lee, Terra Edmonds Lee and Karen Poulter as Officers of Election" and that the motion "was approved." The Board also set logic-and-accuracy testing dates for the November General Election: CAP machines on 15 September at 9:30 AM and precinct machines on 13 October at 9:30 AM. Later in the meeting the Board moved into executive session under Code of Virginia section 2.2-3711(A)1 to discuss the General Registrar's annual performance review, then returned to public session and certified that only the performance review was discussed.
Meeting business concluded at 12:27 PM when the Chairman adjourned the meeting.
