The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on Dec. 17 approved a minor amendment to PUD-792 to add Assisted Living Facility as a permitted use at the southeast corner of West Edison Street and North 27th West Avenue. Staff recommended approval, saying the change is a minor amendment that uses the existing building and does not require new principal structures.
Chair Walker moved to approve the consent agenda item and the motion passed 10-0-0. The applicant, Kayla Nsien of House of Eden, indicated agreement with the staff recommendation. The staff report cited consistency with PUD administration rules (section 30.010H) and that remaining development standards in PUD-792 remain in effect.
