On the consent agenda the commission approved a minor amendment to PUD-667 (PUD-667-6) for property at 11407 South College Avenue. The applicant, Todd Wegner, sought a reduction in required livability space per lot (the PUD minimum is 7,000 square feet) so construction of an accessory building would be permitted; staff reviewed the conceptual site plan and recommended approval.
Staff noted the proposed improvements would leave approximately 6,845 square feet of open space per lot under the proposed plan. With standard PUD conditions and without waiving public infrastructure requirements, the commission approved the consent item unanimously (motion by Bulmash, second Humphrey; vote 9-0).
Next steps: the applicant will proceed under the approved PUD minor amendment and must comply with remaining development standards and infrastructure review.
