The motion to adopt Resolution 20‑26‑118 c.c. was made, seconded and approved on a roll call vote with council members recorded as voting yes. Staff will use the zoning conditional‑use permit process to review any future large water allocations and report back on criteria such as projected jobs and community benefit.
