The clerk read unpaid bills; Jeremy Mast moved to pay them and Ron Hodgin seconded with all in favor. Council member Ron Hodgin moved to adjourn at 7:49 p.m.; Tammy Buchanan seconded and the motion carried.
The minutes record unanimous or unanimous-present votes for routine business; only Mike Couch was listed as absent. Resolution 2026-1 was also adopted during the meeting (see separate article).
