Council backs CCTV inspection plan to map sewer needs and pursue grant funding

Engineer Brett Waggoner said, “The collection system needs rehabilitation; CCTV will give a five‑level national standard condition report and cost estimates.” The council directed city staff to move forward with the RD (USDA) search grant application to cover initial CCTV work and authorized BG to prepare a supplemental engineering agreement to scope the PER should the grant be awarded.
