Ryan said Phase 1 grant agreement provides $148,200 in federal funding (95% of eligible costs) and Phase 2 provides $202,052 (also 95% federal). Staff explained eligible work includes Aegis‑compliant aerial mapping, obstruction and runway surveys, RSA inventory engineering, project administration, and an ALP narrative and drawing set for Phase 2.
Ryan confirmed the typical AIP cost‑share structure applies: 95% federal, 2.5% state and 2.5% local. The commission authorized signature and acceptance of both grant agreements so the city can proceed with the master plan study.
