Council approves Luxe Events banquet use at Schoolcraft Road with noise and parking conditions

Council asked follow-up questions and voted to approve the waiver petition for a banquet or event facility at 27600 Schoolcraft Road; the vote was recorded as 6-0. Staff and council commended the applicant for the added operational safeguards in the updated materials.
