Michelle Kappan, superintendent of Parks and Recreation, requested council approval of a bid award to Keystone Strategic Partners to regrout locker rooms at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. "...for the regrouting of the men's and women's locker room for a total of $34,500," Kappan said.
Council moved and approved the contract award unanimously. Staff thanked council for the approval and said work will be scheduled from budgeted funds.
