Commission directs Mylar delivery and deed preparation after Boundary Line Adjustment approval

Zoning Administrator Dorsey Lynn Coale said he would meet with Michael Gaines or another representative from Middlebury College to convey the recording and deed-review requirements. The commission indicated only one Mylar will be necessary and asked staff to follow up to ensure documents reach the town attorney and clerk for timely recording.
