Garrett Little said he was "indifferent regarding the proposed data center" but urged the council to "focus on enforceable planning and maintaining a long-term vision for the community." Stu Martinez thanked the council for their volunteer service and asked the city to investigate safety and public-information gaps on Morson Street, noting construction updates were available for the Cagle Subdivision but not for Morson Street.
Several residents and attendees declared opposition to the sale on the record; attendees listed in the meeting minutes include Katie Schmidt, Nichole Gautreau, Christina Wehman and others who identified themselves as opposed.
