The Q4 Bridge sub‑grant, a Northern Borders Regional Commission award, was discussed as "estimated at $61,000 but may increase depending on how VCBB answers an accrual question for annual costs previously incurred." Jane Campbell moved to approve the extension and the Q4 Bridge Grant and to have the Chair execute the documents once provided by VCBB; Stephen Friedman seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Board members noted the extension would provide operational funding into the fall and emphasized that staff must coordinate closely with VCBB and the accountant to resolve accrual and reporting questions that could change the final award amount. The approval directs the chair to sign grant documents when received and asks staff to report back on final grant amounts and accounting implications.
