The Lamoille FiberNet Governing Board voted to accept the Single Federal Audit and the 2025 financial statements at its June 24 meeting. "The budget for 2026 is unchanged from what was originally passed," Treasurer Colette Jurnak reported while presenting the monthly financial report. Matt McCabe moved to accept the audit and financial statements; Jane Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed with Brian Evans‑Mongeon recorded as abstaining.
Jurnak said she will confer with the organization's accountant about remaining payroll liabilities and noted that the Single Federal Audit would be completed after the board accepted the findings. The acceptance clears the board to close certain grant accounting items and proceed with the post‑grant reporting schedule the board discussed elsewhere in the meeting.
