Lyman council approves February minutes, accepts treasurer's report and pays bills

The Lyman Town Council, led by Mayor Eddie Hills, opened its March 10, 2026 meeting and approved routine consent items including the February 2026 minutes and the treasurer's report. Council member Mike Swanson moved to accept the minutes; Tammy Buchanan seconded and the motion carried unanimously. A separate motion to accept the treasurer's report was made by Mike Couch, seconded by Tammy Buchanan, and also passed with all in favor.
The council reviewed and authorized payment of current unpaid bills. Mike Couch moved to pay the bills and Tammy Buchanan seconded; the motion carried with all council members present voting in favor. The meeting record shows no recorded dissents on these consent items. The meeting later adjourned at 8:09 p.m. on a motion by Mike Swanson, seconded by Tammy Buchanan.
