Council to map seasonal tasks by quarter to align hours and costs

"If we started with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd 0.25 on the calendar and we started with maintenance, we would start with what is the maintenance that we do October to January," the lawmaker said. The approach is meant to let the board attach hours and dollar amounts to each duty and reduce overtime and emergency spending.
