Five firms respond to Harvey County RFP for financial-advisory services for debt financing

Assistant County Administrator/County Administrator Kevin Frymire told commissioners that five firms submitted proposals in response to the county’s Request for Proposal for financial-advisory services related to debt financing. The firms named were Ranson Financial, Stifel, Columbia Capital Management, Raymond James, and Parker Willis.
Commissioners accepted receipt of the proposals and directed staff to evaluate the submissions and present a recommendation at a future meeting. No evaluation or award decision was made during the meeting.
