Harvey County accepts receipt of five proposals for financial advisory services for debt financing

Assistant County Administrator/Finance Director Shannon Kingsley and County Administrator Kevin Frymire reported that Harvey County received five responses to its Request for Proposals for financial advisory services related to debt financing. The respondents listed in the meeting record were Ranson Financial, Stifel, Columbia Capital Management, Raymond James and Parker Willis.
Commissioner Becky Reimer moved to accept receipt of the proposals and to direct staff to evaluate the submissions and present a recommendation at a future meeting; Don Schroeder seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Staff will use the proposals to evaluate advisory experience, fees and references and will return with a recommendation for selection.
