The Board recorded many parole denials during the July 22 docket. Examples include John R. Carrithers (AIS# 256015) denied with a reset date of July 2031; Franklin L. Blevins (AIS# 232470) denied (majority set reset July 2031; one member set an earlier reset of July 2029); and a sequence of other denials with reset dates through 2031 noted across the docket.
The minutes list denials for dozens of applicants and specify reset dates where applicable. Denials were frequently unanimous; on some files individual members recorded differing reset-date recommendations. Those reset dates are now part of each applicant’s record and will govern the earliest date the Board will reconsider parole.
