Supervisors approve ROW permits and City of Harlan grounds use for July event

The Shelby County Board on June 16 approved right-of-way permits for FMCTC and Nishna Valley REC following a motion by Supervisor Mike Kolbe and a second from Supervisor Bryce Schaben. The permits were approved without recorded opposition.
Supervisors also approved a Building and Grounds use application submitted by the City of Harlan for county grounds on July 18–19; the motion was moved by Schaben and seconded by Kolbe. During the meeting Supervisor Kolbe presented paintings donated by Tom Walker that will be displayed in the Veterans Affairs office. All motions carried unanimously.
