District to open Infinite Campus portal Aug. 3 for family registration, athletics sign-up and messaging

Superintendent told the board the district will release family access to Infinite Campus on Monday, Aug. 3 so families can update annual information and complete registration tasks online. "This Monday, August 3 is when we will release, the ability for families to log into IC for the primary purpose of, updating their annual information," the superintendent said, and added families will be able to choose preferred communication channels and complete athletics registrations.
Staff said there will be no additional credit-card charge for online payments and that the district will continue to use Google Classroom for most instruction this year, while offering pilots for teachers who want to try IC as a learning-management system. The district plans to provide short tutorial videos for families and to demo the parent and student user experience at a future meeting.
