Council approves consent calendar, payroll and expense claims

Separately, the council approved a motion to excuse Councilmember Lori Loseth’s absence; the motion was moved by Councilmember David Weakland and seconded by Councilmember Tim Ottmar and passed 4–0. These routine approvals were recorded under the meeting’s consent calendar.
