The motion to table was made by Commissioner Eduardo "Eddie" Garza and seconded by Commissioner Martin "Marty" Cabrera; the court recorded a unanimous roll-call vote to table the matter.
No bids were opened or awarded during the special term; the county will revisit the procurement of fuel and pest-control services at a future meeting or when additional information is available.
