Budget moves funds into child nutrition and Medicaid accounts as reimbursements shift

The board also reviewed child nutrition operations: local revenue from student and staff lunches is projected at about $37,000 and federal meal reimbursement revenue at roughly $62,000. Staff said they plan a transfer into the food-service fund (estimated at about $20,000) to cover FICA match and help stabilize the program for next year.
