The claims register included large routine and one‑time expenditures: Reno County Solid Waste tipping fees for January totaled $86,886.69; mailing and printing services from Postalocity for 2026 real‑estate value notices and preparation were $14,128.90; a SCKEDD membership invoice was $5,784.08; and a Kansas Secretary of State ELVIS subscription line for elections equipment maintenance was $7,900. The board approved the batch unanimously.
Commissioners said the items were budgeted and routine. The packet also itemized dozens of departmental purchases and service contracts across departments including Road & Bridge, Sheriff, Health Department and Parks.
