"Edwards moved to approve the purchase of four banners at $250 each for the following veterans: Ronnie Snyder, and the three members of SSGT Howard’s family," the minutes record; Bob Grimes seconded the motion and it carried 3-0.
The meeting file notes that MCBD is sponsoring SSGT Howard's banner. The banners are being purchased from outreach monies; locations and installation logistics were discussed in the director's outreach materials for prior and upcoming events.
