Council awards $50,768 street repair contract to Nielson Blacktopping

The figure includes the roundabout work at Lake Eagle Park which is scheduled to be done later in the year. Council Member Beth Rohrich moved and Council Member Nick Lewis seconded acceptance of the low bid; the motion carried with the council voting in favor.
The city will proceed with contract execution and scheduling with the selected contractor as recommended by Public Works and staff.
