Commission approves minutes, final settlements and schedules next meeting

The floor was opened for public comment according to the sign-in sheet (individual comments are not recorded in these minutes). The commission set its next regular meeting for March 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 10:09 a.m. on a motion by David Strait, seconded by Jedd Schola (3–0).
