Commission President David Strait moved to accept the repair quote; Commissioner Jedd Schola seconded and the motion carried 3–0.
Commissioners noted the outdoor units were installed in August 2024 but the system has continued to experience failures. Casto Technical was directed to review work orders in more detail and staff will monitor warranty timelines and repair options. Jedd Schola, who made the motion, emphasized the need to restore reliable heating for the courthouse while warranty and long-term solutions are pursued.
