The Board approved the registered land survey.
Dustin Hauschild requested reappointments to the Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Board reappointed Rich Borresen (District 2, three‑year term), Wendy Sterzinger (District 3, three‑year term) and Ron Bunjer (At‑Large, two‑year term) and noted a District 4 board member had resigned; staff will solicit candidates to fill that vacancy. Hauschild also announced an informational public meeting on potential CD 37 redetermination set for Feb. 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
