Board approves boundary deed correction and a registered property survey
Summary
County Attorney presented a boundary correction for a 0.44-acre parcel and requested approval to deed it to Weber Farms contingent on the adjoining sale; the board also approved Registered Property Survey #13 for a parcel owned by Shaun Thomas.
Lincoln County Attorney Glen Petersen told the board the county is attempting to correct boundary lines involving the Polkow property and a small 0.44-acre parcel that may have been omitted from the legal description. Petersen requested approval to deed the .44 acres to Joe Weber contingent on the sale of the adjoining Polkow property to Weber Farms, Inc.; the board approved the Warranty Deed contingent on that sale.
Petersen also presented Registered Property Survey #13 for approval; the parcel belongs to Shaun Thomas and is located across from the Dollar General. The board approved the registered survey.
Both actions were recorded as motions and adopted by the board in the minutes.
