County approves final payments for 2025 paving and ADA sidewalk projects

Joe Wilson, Lincoln County Highway Engineer, presented Resolution No. 40-2025 to accept Contract 03-2025 Paving completed by Knife River Corporation and authorize final payment. The resolution lists original contract amount $2,993,954.56, contract changes $112,587.07, revised contract amount $3,106,541.63, final contract amount $3,076,686.04 and a final payment of $30,766.86. The board voted to adopt the resolution and authorize final payment.
Wilson also presented Resolution No. 41-2025 for project SP 041-030-013 (ADA sidewalk work performed by Ti-Zack Concrete Inc.), noting the original contract amount $1,287,989.47, contract changes $440.00, revised contract $1,288,429.47, final contract amount $1,356,593.97 and final payment $26,486.45. The resolution notes federal funding participation and state aid covering remaining contract costs; the board approved the final payment.
Both resolutions were adopted by majority vote as recorded in the minutes; the county will proceed with final invoicing and contract closeout procedures.
