County approves $83,643 in housing aid to Hendricks workforce housing project

The Board approved $83,643 from Lincoln County Statewide Affordable Housing funds to support construction of the two patio homes.
Commissioners asked whether the patio homes would remain rental properties; Graphenteen said the intention is to rent them but there is no stipulation that would prevent sale in the future. The Board noted a desire to be fair to other cities and indicated other proposals would be considered if submitted.
