John Schlarmann moved to approve the minutes; Dave Goedken seconded, and the vote was unanimous. Dave Goedken moved to approve expenditures and the financial report; David Dircks seconded, and the commission again voted unanimously.
The minutes list members present (seven commissioners present, including a member attending by Zoom), and record that there were no public commenters. The meeting was called to order by Russ Benke at 5:02 PM and adjourned at 6:43 PM on a motion by Daniel Van Fossen.
