Board of Health vacancy posted after resignation; next meeting scheduling set

Lisa Bogran informed the board that Connie Goldsmith submitted her resignation from the Board of Health on Jan. 26, 2026; the Board of Supervisors has been informed and the Auditor's Office has posted the vacancy for interested applicants. The board did not fill the vacancy during the meeting.
Staff will check members’ availability and schedule the next meeting for late March or early April; Lisa will email the confirmed date. Denny Coon moved to adjourn at 8:04 p.m., Dr. Kirk Kilburg seconded, and the board voted unanimously to adjourn.
