Garrard County tables Tanyard Branch plat amid easement dispute

Magistrate Glendan Barker moved to table the plat and Magistrate Wayne Day seconded; the court voted "All in favor." The court’s presiding officer reiterated that the Fiscal Court considers easement disputes to be civil property matters and not under the court’s jurisdiction; the tabling provides time to resolve or clarify the easement location before the plat is approved.
