The presenter said the HES project includes a reclaimed‑water tie‑in for the field and that the high‑school and HES projects will draw from previous and new bond proceeds (Measure R). Trustees asked about tree sizes, accessible parking, and whether staff and teachers had seen plans; the presenter said principals and staff were consulted and that bids are in process.
