Environmental Administrator Dustin Hauschild reviewed the 2025 County Feedlot Officer (CFO) Annual Report and noted that inspectors covered more than the 7% minimum of registered feedlots required for the report. The county earned more performance credits than in prior years, which triggers additional allocated funds to counties that exceed the minimum.
Motion by Joe Drietz, seconded by Dean Nielsen, to approve the 2025 CFO Annual Report was approved unanimously. The minutes note a financial report is included as part of the submission; no additional implementation steps were recorded in the Feb. 3 minutes.
