The board reported a substantial response to the Quality Improvement Grant application solicitation, with the application window closing March 25. A review committee composed of Charlie Minnick, Nin Flagel and Gwen Deming was appointed to meet via Zoom to evaluate applications and recommend awardees and the amount of carry-forward funding to allocate to QI grants. Gwen Deming moved that the committee decide on grants and funding and forward recommendations to the full board for an electronic vote; Roberta Rosheim seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Minutes indicate the committee will convene soon and complete recommendations before the full board considers them by evote. The board did not record award amounts or the number of applicants in the minutes.
