Commissioner Bob Richardson moved to permit alcohol at select Fairgrounds events with prior Commission approval, but the motion failed for lack of a second. Instead the Commission directed staff to revise the Fairgrounds rules and regulations comprehensively and include a dedicated section addressing alcohol use at events.
