Clinton/Jackson ECI board approves minutes, expenditures and routine contracts

The Clinton/Jackson Early Childhood Iowa (ECI) Board approved several routine consent items during its March 23, 2026 meeting, including the February 23, 2026 minutes and the Director's February 2026 expenditure report. Charlie Minnick moved to approve the minutes and Nin Flagel seconded; the board recorded "All Ayes, motion carried." Nin Flagel moved to approve the Director's expenditure report; Roberta Rosheim seconded and the board likewise approved the expenditure report.
The board also accepted the FY25 audit completed by Eide Bailly and voted to pay the associated invoice after a motion by Nin Flagel and a second from Lindsey Burken. Separately, members voted to offer contract renewals to existing contractors for FY27 and to release requests for proposals for new contracts (motion by Charlie Minnick; second by Erin George). The minutes record unanimous approvals on those motions. The board noted there was no new information on proposed state legislation or the FY27 state budget at the time of the meeting.
